FAQ
What is the difference between the 6KW, 10KW, and 13KW motor options?
The three motor options vary in top-end power and performance. The 6KW version is ideal for calm recreational use, beginner riders, or venues that prioritize a relaxed experience. The 10KW option balances performance and efficiency for general rental and resort use. The 13KW version delivers the most speed and acceleration, best suited for experienced riders or high-energy water park applications. All three share the same hull, battery, and chassis.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The 60AH lithium battery provides 50-80 minutes of ride time depending on motor power setting, rider weight, and water conditions. Charging takes approximately 3-4 hours using the included charger. For rental operations, having a spare battery on hand can help you maintain continuous availability throughout the day.
Is the YH-008 safe to operate in shallow water?
Yes. The YH-008 uses a jet propulsion system rather than an exposed propeller, which means it is significantly safer in shallow water and around swimmers. There is no spinning blade near the water surface, reducing the risk of injury from accidental contact.
What does CE certification mean for this product?
CE certification indicates the YH-008 has been assessed to meet European safety, health, and environmental protection standards. For commercial operators, this provides a baseline level of product compliance and quality assurance. Always check local watercraft regulations in your area before operating.
Can this kart be customized with our logo or brand colors?
Yes. Yuhai Boat offers OEM/ODM customization including custom colors, logo printing, custom decals, packaging design, motor power tuning, and battery upgrades. Minimum order for custom branding starts at 5 units. Contact us for a custom quote.
What does the warranty cover and what support is available?
The motor and controller are covered by a 12-month warranty, while the battery carries a 6-month warranty. Lifetime technical support is also available from the manufacturer. First-order customers may also receive free spare parts valued at up to 2% of the total order value.
