What vans is this shelving set compatible with?
This shelving set is compatible with most full-size extended vans including the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Chevy Express, GMC Savana, Nissan NV, and Ford Econoline. The display photos were taken inside a Sprinter 170, and the setup is also confirmed compatible with the Ford E-Series Extended and Ram ProMaster 159 Extended.
Do I need special tools to install this kit?
Very few tools are needed. If you choose the metal floor option, you will need a riv nut installation tool to set the anchors into your van's stock metal floor. For wood or composite floors, wood inserts are included and no special tools are required beyond basic hand tools. Every kit comes with step-by-step instructions with large photos, and personal support from the designer is available via phone, email, text, or FaceTime throughout the process.
Can I remove the shelving set after it's installed?

If your van has a wood or composite floor, your kit includes wood inserts that press into the floor and act as bolt receptacles - no special tools needed. If your van has a stock metal floor, your kit comes with riv nuts, which are threaded anchors you install using a riv nut tool. Both options result in a secure, removable mount. Choose based on what your van's floor is made of.
Does this kit include bins, lighting, or trim panels?
No - the kit includes the structural shelving units, connecting brackets, and mounting hardware only. Accessories such as LED lighting, clear bins, trim panels, cabinet doors, drawers, and side panels are available separately through the TNTvans accessories menu and can be added to customize your build.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
