Rocket Espresso R9 Commercial Espresso Machine - Multi-Boiler
Description
The Rocket Espresso R9 is a professional-grade commercial espresso machine hand-built in Milan, Italy, engineered for medium to high-volume cafes, roasteries, and specialty coffee venues that demand the very best. At the heart of the R9 is a dedicated multi-boiler system - each group head has its own independent PID-controlled brew boiler, paired with a large central steam boiler featuring an electronic transducer for fast-recovery, consistently dry steam output. This architecture ensures exceptional temperature stability and allows baristas to brew and steam simultaneously without compromise.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with copper and brass internals, the R9 is built to endure demanding daily service while maintaining peak precision. Ergonomic details like the lowered control cluster, lever-operated steam valves, cool-touch wands, and large work area make it a pleasure to work behind during even the busiest service hours. For operations that refuse to compromise on quality or consistency, the Rocket R9 sets the standard.
