Puckipuppy Labrador Pro Off-Road Ebike

Description

The Labrador Pro is Puckipuppy's flagship off-road electric bike, engineered for riders who demand real performance across every type of terrain. Built around a 750W brushless motor with 1350W peak power, it combines brute force with smart riding thanks to an all-new dual Torque and Cadence Sensor system that delivers natural, responsive pedal assist. Whether you're climbing steep trails, commuting through mixed terrain, or covering serious distance, the Labrador Pro is built to keep up.

The 48V 20Ah removable battery pushes range up to 80 miles on a charge, while 26" x 4.0" fat tires and a 110mm adjustable front suspension fork soak up rough ground with confidence. A 6061 aluminum alloy frame keeps the build light and durable, and hydraulic disc brakes with 3mm x 180mm rotors deliver powerful, reliable stopping power in any conditions. With an 8-speed Shimano drivetrain and a 400 lb max load capacity, this is an e-bike built for serious riders and serious adventures.

FAQ

What is the difference between a Torque Sensor and a Cadence Sensor?

A cadence sensor simply detects whether you are pedaling and turns on assist at a fixed level. A torque sensor measures how hard you are actually pushing on the pedals and adjusts the motor output to match - giving you a much more natural, bike-like feel. The Labrador Pro uses both together, combining the smoothness of torque sensing with the responsiveness of cadence sensing for the best riding experience in its class.

Can the battery be removed for charging?

Yes. The Labrador Pro features a fully removable 48V 20Ah battery. You can charge it on the bike or take it inside to charge at a desk or outlet - a great option if you store the bike in a garage or outdoor area without easy access to power.

Is the Labrador Pro good for beginners?

Absolutely. While it is a capable off-road bike, the Labrador Pro's pedal assist system has multiple levels so you can start with more support and dial it back as you build confidence. The thumb throttle also lets you move without pedaling at all in low-speed situations. The 8-speed Shimano drivetrain is easy to use and familiar to anyone who has ridden a multi-speed bike before.

What is the actual real-world range I can expect?

The 40-80 mile range depends on several factors: assist level, rider weight, terrain, wind, and tire pressure. Riding in a lower assist level on flat terrain will push toward the higher end of that range. Heavier riders on hilly terrain using higher assist levels or throttle-only will see ranges closer to the 40-mile end. For mixed riding, 55-65 miles is a realistic average expectation.

Does the Labrador Pro require assembly?

The bike ships mostly assembled. Typically, you will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat post, and do a final safety check. Basic tools are included and the process usually takes 30-60 minutes. Detailed instructions are included in the box.

What warranty does the Labrador Pro come with?

The Labrador Pro comes with a 2-year warranty from Puckipuppy. Extended accident protection plans through AIG are also available at the time of purchase for 1, 2, or 3 years of additional coverage.
