The Factory Built (Quick Assemble) version arrives with major structural components - walls, tower panels, and the swing beam - already assembled at the factory. This significantly reduces installation time on the day of setup. The Build It Yourself version ships with all the same components unassembled, giving you full control over the build process at a lower price point. For most families, the Factory Built option is well worth it for the time savings alone.

How much space do I need in my backyard for the Gold model?

The Ninja Power Tower Gold has a playset footprint of 18' x 34'. However, you should also account for the recommended safety zone, which is approximately 30' x 58'. Make sure to measure your available yard space carefully before ordering, and factor in any fencing, landscaping, or structures along the perimeter.

What type of ground cover (shock material) is recommended?

The Gold and Silver models require approximately 65 cubic yards of shock-absorbing material at a minimum depth of 12 inches. Proper shock material beneath and around the playset is essential for safety and is not included with the playset - you will need to source and install this separately.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
