Oceaneva 6000m Deep Marine Explorer VI Grade 5 Titanium Automatic Watch Green Dial
Description
The Oceaneva Deep Marine Explorer VI is a landmark achievement in modern watchmaking - a 6000m-rated, Grade 5 titanium automatic dive watch that puts Oceaneva in exclusive company as one of only three brands in the world capable of reaching this depth rating. Born from a USA-based brand with roots in Virginia Beach, this is Oceaneva's flagship series and one of the most technically ambitious timepieces ever offered at its price point. The green dial with gray relief wave texture gives this watch a commanding, oceanic presence on the wrist, while the Damascus steel bezel adds a level of artistry rarely seen outside watches costing several times more.
Each Deep Marine Explorer VI is a numbered limited edition - only 50 pieces of this specific model exist - making it as rare as it is capable. Despite its extreme engineering, it weighs just 4.6 oz thanks to its Grade 5 titanium construction, which is 40% lighter than stainless steel yet dramatically stronger and more corrosion-resistant. Whether you're a serious diver, a watch collector, or simply someone who appreciates precision engineering and exceptional value, the Deep Marine Explorer VI is built to impress and built to last.

Why You'll Love It
The Deep Marine Explorer VI represents a rare intersection of horological achievement and accessible luxury - delivering a 6000m-rated timepiece that competitors price between $8,000 and $35,000, at a fraction of the cost. Oceaneva is the only USA-based brand to have ever tested its watches at actual ocean depths, and only the 6th brand in history to achieve a verified 6000m rating - a credential that speaks volumes about the engineering behind every piece. The Grade 5 titanium case keeps the watch featherlight on the wrist at just 4.6 oz, so you'll forget you're wearing one of the most capable dive watches ever made. With only 50 pieces of this green dial model in existence, owning one means joining a very small circle of collectors who hold a genuine piece of horological history. The premium packaging - from the waterproof case to the stainless steel certificate of authenticity - reflects the same level of care and craftsmanship found in the watch itself. For divers, collectors, and enthusiasts who demand the best without compromise, the Deep Marine Explorer VI delivers on every level.

FAQ
What makes Grade 5 Titanium better than stainless steel for a dive watch?
Grade 5 Titanium is 227% stronger and 225% harder than stainless steel, yet approximately 40% lighter. For a dive watch, this means you get superior resistance to scratches, corrosion, and pressure without the wrist fatigue of a heavy stainless steel case. It's the material of choice for professional-grade instruments and aerospace applications, and it's a significant upgrade over what most watches at this price point offer.
What does "6000m water resistance" actually mean in practice?
A 6000m water resistance rating means the watch has been engineered and tested to withstand the immense pressure found at depths of 6,000 meters (roughly 19,685 feet) underwater. For context, most luxury dive watches are rated to 300m or 500m. Only three brands in the world produce a watch with this rating, and Oceaneva is the only USA-based brand to have actually tested its watches at real ocean depths to verify this claim. For everyday use, this rating means your watch can handle any water activity imaginable - from surfing to saturation diving.
How does the Damascus Steel bezel differ from a standard bezel?
Damascus steel is created through a forge-welding process that layers different types of steel - in this case 304 and 316L stainless steel - to produce a material with exceptional strength and a distinctive visual pattern. Unlike a standard stamped or machined bezel, the Damascus steel bezel on the Deep Marine Explorer VI is both a functional component and a piece of craftsmanship. It's engraved with Grade A Swiss Luminova for low-light readability and is built to withstand the rigors of real diving use.
Is this watch truly limited edition, and how do I verify my serial number?
Yes - only 50 pieces of this specific green dial model (VI200GRWVDMNT) exist in the world. Each watch is individually numbered (XX/50) and comes with a stainless steel Certificate of Authenticity that matches the serial number engraved on your timepiece. The engraved inner bezel also features the Oceaneva Trident logo and "VI" repeated six times as an anti-counterfeiting measure. To ensure authenticity, only purchase directly from Oceaneva or an authorized dealer.
Does the automatic movement require any special maintenance?
The Swiss Made SW-200 automatic movement is self-winding, meaning it winds itself through the natural motion of your wrist during everyday wear. If left unworn, the 38-hour power reserve will keep it running for over a day and a half before needing to be manually wound or worn again. Like all mechanical movements, periodic servicing (typically every 3-5 years for heavy use) is recommended to keep it running at peak accuracy - a small investment to protect a timepiece built to last a lifetime.
