Neurogym Pendulum Stepper
Description
The Neurogym Pendulum Stepper is a specialized rehabilitation device designed to help patients rebuild lower-body strength, coordination, and gait patterns. Built for clinical and therapeutic environments, it provides a controlled, pendulum-driven stepping motion that encourages natural, reciprocal leg movement. Whether used in a physical therapy clinic, rehabilitation center, or home care setting, this stepper supports patients working to regain mobility after stroke, neurological injury, or orthopedic surgery.
The pendulum mechanism allows for smooth, assisted motion that can be tailored to each patient's level of ability - making it appropriate for a wide range of mobility challenges. Its durable construction and thoughtful design make it a trusted tool for therapists looking to deliver consistent, measurable rehabilitation outcomes.

FAQ
Who is the Neurogym Pendulum Stepper designed for?
The Neurogym Pendulum Stepper is designed for patients undergoing lower-extremity rehabilitation, particularly those recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, or orthopedic surgery. It is intended for use under the guidance of a licensed physical or occupational therapist in clinical or supervised home care settings.
Can this stepper be used at home, or is it only for clinical settings?
While the Pendulum Stepper is built to clinical standards, it can be appropriate for home use depending on the patient's needs and their therapist's recommendation. We recommend consulting with a rehabilitation professional before purchasing for home use to ensure it is the right fit for your therapy program.
How does a pendulum stepper differ from a standard exercise stepper?
A pendulum stepper uses a counterbalanced, pendulum-driven mechanism to assist the stepping motion - helping patients who may not have full voluntary control of their leg movements. A standard exercise stepper requires the user to generate all the force themselves. The pendulum design makes this unit especially valuable for early-stage neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
