What is the difference between the Sonicator 740 and the 740x?
The 740 and 740x are the same unit, but they differ in what's included. The 740 comes standard with one 5cm² dual frequency applicator. The 740x comes standard with three applicators: a 1cm² / 3 MHz, a 5cm² 1/3 MHz, and a 10cm² / 1 MHz applicator.
What is the advantage of the Direct Crystal-to-Patient applicator?
Removing the metal interface between the crystal and the patient allows for better ultrasound penetration. The device doesn't have to work as hard as units using a metal interface, which also contributes to the longevity of the applicator and the unit itself.
Can I add additional applicators to the 740 later?
Absolutely. All 740 applicators are designed to be interchangeable. You can start with the included 5cm² applicator and add others - such as the 1cm² or 10cm² options - at any time. Note that the 740 only accepts applicators made specifically for the 740 series; older applicators from the 715, 716, or 730 will not be compatible.
Can the Sonicator 740 be used for combination therapy?
Yes. While Mettler units are designed to work seamlessly together (the Sys*Stim 226 is the recommended pairing), you can use any muscle stimulation device with the 740 by finding the correct adapter for your unit.
Can I use the Sonicator 740 in another country?

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
