The SPX Max Reformer is available in 6 standard upholstery colors and 20+ custom colors. You can specify your selection at checkout. Merrithew recommends requesting a swatch chart before ordering, as colors viewed on screen may not be fully accurate. A custom color option is available for an additional fee.
What does the Merrithew Connect digital access include?
This bundle includes 60 days of free full access to Merrithew Connect, the brand's digital workout platform. It features 200+ Pilates, mindful movement, and fitness videos, with new curated collections added weekly. You can stream from any device, anytime and anywhere. Is this Reformer covered by a warranty?
Yes. The SPX Max Reformer comes with a comprehensive warranty: a limited lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and related welding; a 2-year warranty on all other Reformer components; a 1-year warranty on ropes, straps, spring clips, and related parts; and a 90-day warranty on upholstery. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
