What is the High Precision Gearbar upgrade and do I need it?
The standard SPX Max Plus comes with 3 gearbar positions. The optional High Precision Gearbar (HPGB) upgrade doubles the number of positions to 20+, allowing for finer tension adjustments. It is especially useful for rehabilitation settings or instructors who want more precise spring tension control. It must be selected at the time of purchase and is available as a separate variant.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
