FAQ
Who is the Atmos Recumbent Bike designed for?
The Atmos Recumbent Bike is designed for select hotel gyms and multi-unit housing fitness rooms that need an inclusive, low-impact cardio option. It is ideal for properties serving users of varying ages, fitness levels, and mobility who don't require staff oversight for equipment operation.
What is the difference between the SL Console and the SE4 16" Console?
The SL Console is a streamlined, simple interface built for quick, get-on-and-go workouts. It is self-powered - meaning it draws power from the user pedaling and does not require an external outlet. The SE4 16" is a larger touchscreen console designed for connected, immersive workout experiences. This listing includes the SL Console; the SE4 variant is available separately.
Is the Atmos Recumbent Bike durable enough for daily shared use?
Yes. The Atmos is built to Life Fitness commercial standards and engineered specifically for repeated daily use in shared hotel and residential environments. Its simplified service access and proven commercial components help minimize downtime and control long-term maintenance costs.
How does the step-through design help users?
The step-through frame removes the need to swing a leg over the machine, making it much easier and safer for older users, those with limited mobility, or anyone who finds traditional bike mounting awkward. Combined with the front assist handle and side seat handlebars, the entire mount and dismount process is designed to be smooth and confident for virtually any user.
How is this bike delivered and does it require assembly?
Due to its commercial weight of approximately 173 lbs, the Atmos Recumbent Bike typically ships freight on a pallet. Professional delivery and setup are recommended. Please email us at service@omahasportsandgames.com for specific delivery details and to confirm setup requirements for your facility.
Does the Atmos Recumbent Bike need to be plugged into an outlet?
When paired with the SL Console (as in this listing), the bike is self-powered - it generates power automatically when a user begins pedaling. This makes placement more flexible since you are not constrained by outlet locations. Note that the SE4 touchscreen console variant does require a power connection.
