Are ground sleeves included with this discus cage?
No, ground sleeves are not included with the DCHS-35BN. The compatible ground sleeves (SKU: DCHS-6S) are sold separately. If you are installing this cage as a permanent fixture, we recommend adding the ground sleeves to your order. What is the difference between the cage net and the barrier net?
The cage net is the primary enclosure net that contains the discus within the throwing area. The barrier net is an additional safety net that wraps around the outside of the cage poles in one continuous, unbroken curtain. The barrier net provides an extra layer of protection for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators standing near the cage perimeter.
How does the pulley hoist system work?
Each of the six aluminum poles is equipped with its own individual swivel pulley hoist system. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
