What is an L-Track and why does it matter?

An L-Track is a roller track design that follows the natural curve of the spine from the neck and shoulders all the way down to the lower back and glutes - unlike an S-Track, which stops at the lumbar region. This extended coverage means the Zenara can target the gluteal muscles and upper thighs, areas that carry a significant amount of tension and are often missed by traditional massage chairs. If you spend a lot of time sitting or have lower back and hip tension, the L-Track makes a noticeable difference.

What does TrueFit Body Scanning do?

Before each session, TrueFit Body Scanning uses built-in hardware and software to detect your unique body size and shape. It then adjusts the roller positions and massage path to match your specific proportions, ensuring the massage targets your actual shoulder, neck, and spine positions rather than a generic default. This means a taller or shorter user gets an equally precise massage - no manual adjustments needed.

Is the Zenara suitable for taller or heavier users?

The Zenara is designed for users between 5' 2" and 6' 1" in height and supports a maximum user weight of 300 lbs. If you fall outside the optimal height range, the massage rollers may not align perfectly with your spine. For users outside these parameters, we recommend contacting us before purchasing so we can recommend the best fit.

Does the Zenara require professional assembly?

The Zenara does not require professional installation. An assembly guide, quick start guide, and assembly video are provided to walk you through setup. Most users can complete assembly at home with a helper. If you have questions during setup, Infinity's USA-based support team is available at no charge.

How does the warranty work?

The Zenara comes with Infinity Care, a 5-year residential limited warranty. The first year is complete care - covering parts and in-home labor at no cost. Years 2 and 3 cover parts at no cost (shipping fees apply). The structural frame is covered for the full 5 years. Extended plans are also available: Infinity Care PLUS (3-year labor, 3-year parts, 5-year frame) for $399, and Infinity Care Max (5-year labor, parts, and frame) for $599.

Can I use the Zenara in a commercial or office setting?

The Zenara is covered under a residential limited warranty only. Commercial or corporate use is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. If you intend to use the chair in a business, gym, spa, or office environment, please contact us to discuss options that may be more appropriate for commercial use.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.

If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
