Honda TRX450 DC-PRO Spindles
Description
The Lone Star Racing DC-PRO Spindles are precision-engineered for Honda TRX450 riders who demand superior handling without sacrificing compatibility with factory components. Machined from 7075 billet aluminum, these spindles are built to replicate the sought-after Suzuki LTR450 spindle geometry - widely regarded as one of the best handling setups in the ATV racing world. The result is sharper steering response and improved cornering confidence, whether you're on the MX track or blazing through an XC course.
By adopting LTR450 geometry, these spindles give your TRX450 a serious performance edge while letting you keep your factory Honda brakes and wheel hubs in place. Combined with heat-treated shafts and the strength of 7075 aluminum, these are spindles built to take abuse and keep you dialed in lap after lap.

FAQ
Do these spindles work with all years of the Honda TRX450?
The DC-PRO Spindles are compatible with Honda TRX450 models across all years for brakes, but the wheel hubs must be 2004-2005 TRX450 units specifically. If your bike is a different year, you may need to source the correct wheel hubs to ensure proper fitment.
What A-Arms do I need to run with these spindles?
You need A-Arms that are designed to accept Suzuki geometry spindles. Lone Star Racing's own DC-PRO MX, DC-PRO XC, and DC-4 A-Arm kits are all compatible and are designed to pair directly with these spindles for optimal performance.
Do I need to purchase ball joints and tie rod ends separately?
Yes. These spindles require Suzuki tapered ball joints and a Suzuki-style tie rod end. Lone Star Racing offers a DC-PRO Spindle Conversion Kit that includes all the necessary hardware to complete your installation - it is sold separately and is highly recommended to ensure everything is properly matched.
Why would I want Suzuki LTR450 spindle geometry on my Honda TRX450?
The Suzuki LTR450 is renowned in the ATV racing community for its superior front-end handling geometry. By adapting that geometry to the TRX450 platform, you get sharper steering, better cornering response, and improved overall handling - all while retaining your Honda brakes and hubs. It's a popular performance upgrade for both MX and XC racers.
