What is the difference between the Standard and the 2 x 50 lb. Weight Stack Upgrade options?

The Standard configuration comes with two 150 lb. Silent Steel® weight stacks for a total of 300 lbs. of resistance. The 2 x 50 lb. Weight Stack Upgrade option adds 50 lbs. to each stack, bringing the total available resistance to 400 lbs. If you are an advanced lifter or anticipate needing heavier loads as you progress, the upgrade is a worthwhile addition at the time of purchase rather than retrofitting later.

How much floor space does the Mi7SMITH require?

With the Core Stabilizer Pad attached, the machine measures 83" wide x 92" long x 83.49" tall. Without the Core Stabilizer Pad, the length reduces to 77.22". Plan for additional clearance around the machine for safe use and access to all adjustment points - a dedicated area of roughly 12' x 12' is a reasonable starting point for comfortable use.

Does the dual-action Smith machine work like a standard Smith machine?

Not exactly - and that's what makes it special. What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or an error by the freight carrier or HOIST Fitness. Due to the size and weight of this machine, return shipping costs can be substantial - please reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions about fit or compatibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
