What battery do I need to run this system?

EQ Systems requires a battery capable of delivering a minimum of 150 amperes at no less than 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds under load. Voltage at the control panel must stay above 11 volts during operation, and the Auto-Level feature will automatically stop if voltage drops to 10.5 volts. Note that some lithium batteries cannot supply the sustained amperage these pumps require - always load-test your battery before installation.

Can I control the leveling system from my smartphone?

What hydraulic fluid does this system use?

The EQ Smart-Level system uses Dexron III ATF (automatic transmission fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to about one inch below the top with the jacks fully retracted, and remember that the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract. Always install the vented breather cap in place of the shipping plug before running the system for the first time.

Can I get custom hose lengths if my pump and jack placement differs from the fitment guide?

Yes. Hoses are available in lengths from 4 to 40 feet in two-foot increments. If your installation layout differs from the standard fitment guide, simply include your required hose lengths in the order notes or contact EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before placing your order.
