Will this system fit my Sprinter-based motorhome?
This system is designed for Class B+ and Class C motorhomes built on the Mercedes Sprinter 3500 cutaway chassis from 2019 to 2022. Do I need to drill or modify my chassis to install this system?
No. The EQ Smart-Level Sprinter system is patented specifically because it requires no alterations to the frame rail. It uses clamp-on and box-bolt brackets for the jack legs and a dedicated bracket for the hydraulic pump, so installation is clean and non-destructive.
What kind of battery do I need to run this system?
EQ Systems requires a battery capable of delivering a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Voltage at the control panel must not drop below 11 volts during operation. Note that some lithium batteries cannot deliver the running amperage these pumps require, so it is important to load-test your battery before installation.
Can I control the leveling system from my smartphone?
Yes. The EQ Smart-Level includes Bluetooth capability and is compatible with the EQ Systems app on both iPhone and Android devices. This lets you monitor and control the leveling process from outside the coach. Note that the previous EQ Systems app is no longer supported - be sure to download the new EQ Systems app.
What hydraulic fluid does the system use?
The system uses Dexron III ATF (automatic transmission fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to about one inch below the top with the jacks fully retracted, keeping in mind that the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract. Replace the shipping plug with the included vented breather cap before operating the system.
Can the hose lengths be customized for my coach layout?
Yes. The kit ships with hose lengths based on EQ Systems' fitment guide for this chassis. If your pump or jack placement differs from the standard layout, you can specify the lengths you need in the order notes or call EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before placing your order. Hoses are available from 4 to 40 feet in 2-foot increments.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
