What is the difference between External and Internal Halyard options?

An external halyard uses a rope on the outside of the pole, tied off to a cleat, to raise and lower your flag. It's the traditional, easy-to-use configuration. An internal halyard runs a steel cable through the inside of the pole, connected to Eder's M-Winch system. This protects the halyard from weather and makes it more resistant to vandalism or tampering - ideal for schools, government buildings, and high-security locations.

What size flag should I fly on a 30-foot flagpole?

The recommended flag size for a 30-foot flagpole is 5' x 8', which is why Eder includes exactly that size nylon American Flag with this pole. As a general rule, the flag's length should be at least one-quarter the height of the pole for proper display proportions.

Is there a lead time I should be aware of?

Satin finish poles typically ship sooner. Clear Anodized, Bronze Anodized, and Black Anodized finishes carry an expected lead time of up to 6-8 weeks. If timing is critical, factor this into your order planning or contact us to confirm current lead times before ordering.

Does this flagpole require professional installation?

Additional flags should be at least one foot lower and one size smaller than the U.S. Flag. Flags of other countries should not be flown beneath the U.S. Flag per flag code guidelines.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.

If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
