Dynamic Fluid Fitness M750 Cycle XT Recumbent Bike & Upper Body Ergometer
Description
The Dynamic Fluid Fitness M750 Cycle XT is a premium dual-function ergometer built for full commercial use, combining recumbent lower-body cycling with upper-body arm cycling in a single, integrated machine. Engineered for fitness facilities, rehabilitation centers, and advanced home gyms, it gives users the flexibility to target the upper body, lower body, or both simultaneously for complete cardio conditioning. At the heart of the M750 is Dynamic Fluid Fitness's patented Twin Tank Adjustable Fluid Resistance system, delivering 10 levels of smooth, quiet, variable resistance that scales from gentle rehab sessions to intense HIIT training.
The M750's upgraded impeller design provides up to 15% greater resistance than previous-generation systems, while the swivel-seat design makes entry and exit effortless for users of all mobility levels. A Bluetooth-enabled Interactive Performance Monitor tracks time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories, watts, and heart rate in real time. Built with a heavy-duty steel and aluminum frame, this machine is engineered to handle the rigors of daily use in professional and institutional environments.

FAQ
What makes the M750 Cycle XT different from a standard recumbent bike?
Unlike a standard recumbent bike that only works the lower body, the M750 Cycle XT adds a full upper-body ergometer with ergonomic arm handles, allowing you to work arms, shoulders, and upper back simultaneously. The patented Twin Tank fluid resistance system also provides a smoother, more natural feel than typical magnetic or friction-based bikes.
Is the M750 Cycle XT suitable for rehabilitation use?
Yes. The M750 was specifically designed with rehabilitation and active-aging users in mind. The 90-degree swivel seat makes it easy to get on and off the machine without excessive bending or strain, and the 10-level resistance system allows therapists and users to start at very low intensities and gradually progress as strength and endurance improve.
What does the Bluetooth monitor track?
The Bluetooth-enabled Interactive Performance Monitor (IPM) tracks time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories burned, watts, and heart rate. It also features auto-detect functionality that automatically recognizes resistance level changes, so your workout data stays accurate without manual input.
Can I use only the upper body or only the lower body on this machine?
Yes. The M750 Cycle XT is designed for flexible use. You can pedal with just your legs while resting your arms, use only the arm ergometer handles while keeping your legs still, or engage both at once for a full total-body workout. This makes it highly adaptable for different training goals and rehabilitation protocols.
How loud is the M750 during use?
The fluid resistance system operates very quietly, making it suitable for shared commercial spaces, clinics, and home environments where noise is a concern. The smooth, water-like resistance feel also means there is no grinding or clicking commonly associated with other resistance types.
Does this machine require assembly?
The M750 Cycle XT ships as freight due to its size and weight (nearly 245 lbs net). Some assembly is typically required upon delivery. We recommend reviewing the included instructions upon arrival. Contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com if you have questions about delivery or setup.
