What is the difference between the H4 and the H3?

The H4 adds a fourth axis called Heave to the H3's three axes (Pitch, Roll, Yaw). Heave simulates vertical motion - think turbulence, bumps, jumps, and vertical G-forces. The H4 also uses a more powerful 1000W peak motor system versus the H3's 750W. If you want to physically feel altitude drops and air pockets in addition to banking and turning, the H4 is the upgrade worth having.

Do I need to buy a seat separately?

Yes. The H4 platform includes mounts for a seat or sliding rails, but the seat itself is not included. Almost any standard bottom-mount car or gaming bucket seat will work. DOF Reality recommends a bucket racing seat with a four-to-six point harness to keep you secure during high-G movements. Lighter seats generally improve platform performance.

Does the H4 work with VR headsets?

Yes, the H4 is compatible with all major VR headsets, including Valve Index, HTC Vive, Meta Quest, HP Reverb G2, and Pimax. If you experience visual swimming due to the platform's movement affecting your VR image, you can use OpenVR Motion Compensation software to remove the platform movement from the headset tracking. This is free software and works with both base-station and inside-out tracking headsets.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly is required but is designed to be straightforward and enjoyable. All quick assembly tools are included in the package. The platform ships in two boxes and can be assembled by one person. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.

If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
