Does the H3 work with PlayStation and Xbox?

Yes, the H3 is compatible with select PlayStation and Xbox titles that output motion data via UDP over the network. Supported games include Gran Turismo 7, GT Sport, Project CARS 1 & 2, Assetto Corsa, F1 series, Forza Motorsport 7, and Forza Horizon 4 & 5. A Console Link add-on is available for $199 to enable console motion output. For PC gaming, compatibility extends to a much wider library through SimRacingStudio.

Do I need to buy a seat separately?

Yes, the H3 platform does not include a seat. Almost any standard bottom-mount car seat or racing bucket seat works. DOF Reality recommends a bucket racing seat with a 4- to 6-point harness for safety during high-G motion. Lighter seats improve platform responsiveness. Optional DOF Reality and Sparco seats are available as add-ons. Seat mounts accept widths of 345 mm, 375 mm, or 405 mm.

Does it come pre-assembled?

The H3 ships in two boxes and requires assembly, but it is designed to be straightforward and enjoyable to put together. All quick assembly tools are included in the box. Assembly allows you to customize the rig to your personal preferences and position. Most customers complete assembly without any special mechanical skills.

Will the H3 work with my VR headset?

Yes. The H3 is specifically designed to be upgradeable to the H6 6-axis platform. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.

All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.

If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
