Why is 49% relative humidity the target for guitar storage?
49% relative humidity is widely considered the sweet spot for acoustic and electric guitars. Too dry and wood can crack, frets can sprout sharp edges, and glue joints can fail. How long does the Boveda pack last, and do I need to replace it?
Boveda packs typically last anywhere from 2 to 6 months depending on ambient conditions in your home or studio. When the pack becomes fully rigid, it's time to replace it. Replacement packs are inexpensive and widely available - you can also add them to your order through Acoustic Remedy. This is the only maintenance the ClimaStand requires.
Can the ClimaStand hold any type of guitar?
The ClimaStand comes in three sizes to accommodate most guitars. The Standard size fits dreadnought acoustics and most electrics, the Jumbo fits large-bodied guitars like the Gibson SJ-200, and the Super Jumbo is designed for long-scale bass guitars and similarly oversized instruments. Does the ClimaStand ship assembled, and how is it delivered?
Yes, the ClimaStand ships fully assembled with the base included. It is shipped via FedEx or UPS with free shipping to addresses in the continental United States. No freight or pallet delivery is required for this product - it arrives ready to place and use.
Is UV-blocking glass worth the upgrade?
If your ClimaStand will be placed in a room with natural light or near windows, the UV-blocking glass upgrade is strongly recommended. Standard glass does not filter UV rays, which can fade lacquer finishes and degrade certain materials over time. The 3/16" UV-laminated glass blocks 99.9% of UV rays while remaining completely transparent, giving you the best of both worlds - a beautiful display and lasting protection.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
