Is this system compatible with my Ford chassis Class C motorhome?
This kit is specifically configured for Class C and small Class A motorhomes built on a Ford chassis. EQ Systems provides a fitment guide to confirm compatibility and recommended hose lengths for your specific coach layout. If you're unsure, you can contact EQ Systems directly at 1-800-846-9659 before ordering.
Can I adjust the hose lengths if my pump and jack placement differs from the standard fitment guide?
Yes. The kit ships with hose lengths based on the standard fitment guide, but if your installation differs, you can note your required hose lengths in the order comments or call EQ Systems before placing your order. Hoses are available in lengths from 4 to 40 feet in two-foot increments.
Will lithium batteries work with this system?
Some lithium batteries may not be able to deliver the sustained amperage required to run this system. EQ Systems requires a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. It is strongly recommended that you load test your battery before installation to confirm it meets these requirements. Standard AGM or lead-acid batteries are generally well-suited for this system.
Does the system require professional installation?
Yes - this kit includes weld-on brackets for mounting the jack legs and hydraulic pump to the chassis, which requires welding and mechanical know-how. Professional installation by a qualified RV service technician is strongly recommended to ensure proper fitment, safe operation, and to protect your warranty. EQ Systems also offers factory service and repair if needed.
How do I control the system - is the app required?
The system includes a built-in EQ Smart-Level control panel with one-touch push-button operation, so the app is not required for everyday use. However, the free EQ Systems app (available for iPhone and Android) adds Bluetooth control so you can level the coach remotely from your phone. Note that the previous version of the app is no longer supported - make sure to download the current EQ Systems app.
What hydraulic fluid does this system use?
The EQ Smart-Level system uses Dexron III ATF (automatic transmission fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to approximately one inch below the top with the jacks fully retracted, keeping in mind that the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract. Be sure to replace the shipping plug with the included vented breather cap before operating the system.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
