This system is specifically configured for Class C motorhomes built on a Chevy chassis. Can I customize the hose lengths if my pump and jack placement differs from the standard guide?
Yes. The hoses included in this kit are based on EQ Systems' standard fitment guide. If your installation requires different lengths, you can add a note to your order specifying the hoses you need, or call EQ Systems directly at 800-846-9659 before placing your order. Hoses are available in lengths from 4 to 40 feet in two-foot increments.
Will my lithium battery work with this system?
Not all lithium batteries are compatible. This system requires a battery capable of delivering a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Some lithium batteries cannot deliver the sustained running amperage that the hydraulic pump demands. EQ Systems recommends load-testing your battery before installation. Standard AGM and lead-acid batteries that meet the amperage requirement are generally reliable choices.
Does this system require professional installation?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. The mounting brackets are weld-on designs, meaning they must be welded to the Chevy chassis frame - this requires proper welding equipment and experience. Electrical connections, hydraulic line routing, and null-point calibration also need to be performed correctly for safe and reliable operation. EQ Systems provides detailed installation manuals and a quick-start guide to assist qualified installers.
What hydraulic fluid does this system use?
This system uses Dexron III ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to approximately one inch below the top with the jacks fully retracted, keeping in mind the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract. Before operating the system, replace the shipping plug with the included vented breather cap.
How do I operate the system after installation?
Once installed and filled with fluid, you'll need to set the null point - this tells the system what "level" means for your specific coach and setup. From there, operation is simple: use the one-touch push-button control panel or the EQ Systems Bluetooth app on your smartphone to initiate auto-leveling. The system provides audible and visual prompts throughout the process and will alert you if you attempt to drive away with the jacks still deployed.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
