Is this system compatible with my Class A gas motorhome or travel trailer?
This EQ Smart-Level system (SL 4/15) is specifically designed for light-duty Class A gas motorhomes and travel trailers. If you have a Class C motorhome or fifth wheel, EQ Systems offers other configurations suited to those vehicles. Refer to the EQ Systems Class A and Class C system guide or contact EQ Systems at 1-800-846-9659 to confirm fitment.
Do I need a professional to install this system?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. The kit requires welding the mounting brackets to the chassis, routing hydraulic hoses, running wiring harnesses, and properly setting the null point. EQ Systems provides detailed installation and operation manuals for both motorized and trailer versions to assist qualified installers.
Will my lithium battery work with this system?
Not all lithium batteries are compatible. The EQ Smart-Level pump requires a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Some lithium batteries cannot deliver the sustained running amperage these pumps need. EQ Systems recommends load-testing your battery before installation. If in doubt, contact EQ Systems for guidance.
What hydraulic fluid does this system use?
The EQ Smart-Level system uses Dexron III ATF (automatic transmission fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to approximately one inch below the top with the jacks retracted, and install the vented breather cap before running the system for the first time.
Can I customize the hose lengths if my pump and jack placement differs from the standard fitment guide?
Yes. The kit ships with eight 20-foot hoses based on the standard fitment guide. If your installation requires different lengths, hoses are available in sizes from 4 to 40 feet in two-foot increments. Simply note the hose lengths you need in your order notes, or call EQ Systems at 1-800-846-9659 before ordering.
How does the Bluetooth leveling work?
The EQ Smart-Level system features Bluetooth connectivity that pairs with the EQ Systems app, available for both iPhone and Android. Once paired, you can initiate leveling, monitor progress, and retract jacks directly from your smartphone - without needing to be inside the coach. Note that the previous EQ Systems app is no longer supported; download the new EQ Systems app for full functionality.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
