Is this system compatible with my Class A motorhome?

Can I install this system myself, or does it require a professional?
This kit is designed to be installation-friendly and ships with weld-on chassis mounting brackets, all harnesses, hoses, and detailed installation and operation manuals. However, the mounting brackets require welding to the chassis, so professional installation is recommended unless you have fabrication experience. EQ Systems also offers factory service and repair support if needed.
What fluid does the hydraulic system use?
The system uses Dexron III ATF (automatic transmission fluid). After installation, fill the reservoir to about one inch below the top with the jacks fully retracted, keeping in mind the fluid level rises as the jacks retract. Replace the shipping plug with the included vented breather cap before operating the system.
Will this work with lithium batteries?
Not necessarily. The system requires a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Some lithium batteries cannot deliver the sustained running amperage these hydraulic pumps require. EQ Systems recommends load-testing your battery before installation. If you have a lithium battery setup, consult EQ Systems to confirm compatibility.
How does the Bluetooth control work?
The EQ Smart-Level system features Bluetooth connectivity that pairs with the EQ Systems app, available for both iPhone and Android. Once paired, you can operate and monitor the leveling system from your smartphone - allowing you to stand outside the coach and visually confirm positioning while leveling. Note that the previous version of the EQ Systems app is no longer supported; download the current app before use.
What happens if the electronic controls fail? Can I still operate the jacks?
Yes. This system includes a variety of manual override options so you can still retract or operate the jacks in the event of a controller or power issue. This ensures you're never stranded at a campsite due to an electrical or control system problem.
Can I customize the hose lengths if my pump and jack placement differs from the standard layout?
Absolutely. The kit ships with eight 20-foot hoses based on EQ Systems' standard fitment guide, but custom hose lengths are available from 4 to 40 feet in 2-foot increments. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
