What does the warranty cover?
Cal Flame backs the Tropical Q with a 10-year warranty on the structure/frame and stainless steel burners against rust-through and workmanship defects under normal household use. General parts and components are covered for one year from the original delivery date, with plastic items covered for 90 days. The warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation site and is non-transferable. Labor costs and shipping for warranty parts are the owner's responsibility.
