Is the P5 compatible with natural gas, or is it LP only?

The P5 ships ready for Liquid Propane (LP). A Natural Gas (NG) conversion kit (Item # BBQ07101045) is available as a separate accessory if you need to connect to a natural gas line. We recommend having a licensed plumber or local gas company handle any gas line installation.

What are the cut-out dimensions for installation?

The required cut-out dimensions are 38 1/4" wide x 22" deep x 9 1/2" high. The overall grill dimensions are 39" x 24" x 22 7/16". Always refer to the included line drawings PDF for precise installation measurements before cutting your outdoor kitchen island.

Can I customize the burners with different cooking surfaces?

Yes - one of the best features of the P5 is its interchangeable burner system. Any of the five main burners can be swapped out for an optional Sear Zone Burner, Smoke Tray, Charcoal Tray, or Griddle Tray. This gives you incredible flexibility to customize your cooking setup for any meal.

Does the rotisserie motor come included?

The P5 includes rotisserie motor mounts (left or right side) and an 18,000 BTU infrared back burner designed to power rotisserie cooking. How does this grill ship, and will it be delivered inside my home?

The Cal Flame P5 ships via freight on a pallet. Standard freight delivery is curbside, meaning the carrier will deliver to the edge of your driveway or curb. Inside delivery or white-glove placement is not typically included. Contact us before purchasing if you need help arranging special delivery accommodations.

What does the warranty cover, and for how long?

Cal Flame offers one of the best warranties in the outdoor grill industry. The P5 carries a 10-year warranty on the structure/frame, stainless steel burners, and V-grates; 3 years on flame tamers and the warming rack; and 1 year on gas valves and other components.
