What is the difference between LP and NG, and can I convert this grill?

LP (Liquid Propane) uses a tank connected to the grill, while NG (Natural Gas) connects directly to your home's gas line for unlimited fuel without refilling tanks. This model is configured for LP out of the box. A Natural Gas Conversion Kit (BBQ07101045) is available as an accessory if you'd like to run it on natural gas - we recommend having a licensed plumber handle any gas line connections.

Is this grill truly built-in, or can it be used freestanding?

The Cal Flame P Series P6 is designed as a built-in drop-in grill for outdoor kitchens, BBQ islands, and custom outdoor cabinetry. It requires a cutout opening of 45 3/4" x 22" x 9 1/2". It is not designed for freestanding use without a supporting structure.

How does this grill ship and will it be delivered to my door?

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser at the original site of installation for residential use in the US and Canada.

Are the cooking grates and drip tray dishwasher safe?

Yes - Cal Flame designed the P Series with convenience in mind. Many components including drip trays and grates are dishwasher-friendly, making cleanup after even the biggest cookouts much easier.
