Yes - this machine accepts standard 2" Olympic plates. Plates are sold separately and are not included with the pullover machine. You can add BUILT Strength Foundation Series Rubber Weight Plates or other compatible Olympic plates to your order at checkout.

What makes the pullover movement different from a lat pulldown or cable row?

The pullover arc works the lats and lower pec from a fully overhead stretched position, loading the muscle through its entire length in a movement plane that pulldowns and rows simply cannot replicate.
