BUILT Strength 'OG' Series Incline Chest Press (New)
Description
The BUILT Strength OG Series Incline Chest Press is a commercial-grade, plate-loaded machine engineered for serious upper chest development. Two distinct hand positions shift grip width and pressing angle, delivering varied stimulus to the upper pectoralis major, anterior deltoids, and triceps - all from a single station. Each arm operates independently, allowing both unilateral isolation and bilateral pressing, so neither side can compensate for the other and balanced strength is built across both sides of the chest.
Built for facilities, serious home gyms, and dedicated athletes, this machine combines adjustable range of motion, adjustable seat height, and knurled 32mm handles to accommodate any user and any training goal. With a 25 lb per arm starting weight and no stack ceiling, the OG Series Incline Chest Press grows with your program and handles whatever loading demands you bring to it.
Key Features
- Dual Hand Positions: Two distinct grip options shift width and pressing angle, changing upper chest, shoulder, and tricep emphasis for varied training stimulus from the same machine.
- Unilateral & Bilateral Pressing: Each arm moves independently - press one side at a time for isolation work or both together for standard bilateral incline sets, eliminating bilateral compensation.
- 32mm Knurled Handles: Commercial-spec knurled steel handles provide a firm, non-slip grip through heavy sets and maximal plate loading on both bilateral and unilateral movements.
- Adjustable Range of Motion: The start position adjusts independently so users can dial in the lever path to match their shoulder anatomy and training preferences.
- Adjustable Seat Height: Seat height adjusts independently from ROM for a precise, repeatable fit across users of any size.
- 25 lb Per Arm Starting Weight: Accessible 25 lb per arm base resistance supports warm-up, technique work, and rehabilitation loading before progressing with plates.
- Plate-Loaded - No Stack Ceiling: Standard 2" Olympic plates provide unlimited progressive overload potential - there is no weight stack cap to outgrow.
- 4 Integrated Weight Storage Horns: Four on-unit plate horns keep Olympic plates organized and off the floor, maintaining a clean and efficient training station.
- Primary Muscles Targeted: Upper Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoids, Triceps - with secondary engagement of Medial Deltoids, Serratus Anterior, and Coracobrachialis.
- 1 Year Parts & Labor + Lifetime Frame Warranty: Coverage begins on delivery date, with extended warranty options available at checkout.

FAQ
Do I need Olympic plates, and are they included?
The OG Series Incline Chest Press is plate-loaded and accepts standard 2" Olympic plates. Plates are sold separately and are not included with the machine. The machine starts at 25 lb per arm before any plates are added.
How do I adjust the seat height and range of motion?
Both the seat height and the range of motion start position adjust independently using tool-free adjustment pins, allowing quick repositioning between users or exercises without any tools required.
Can I use this machine for one-arm pressing, or is it bilateral only?
Each arm operates completely independently, so you can press one arm at a time for unilateral isolation work or use both arms simultaneously for traditional bilateral incline pressing. This makes it effective for correcting strength imbalances between sides.
What are the two hand positions, and why do they matter?
The two distinct hand positions shift both your grip width and the pressing angle. Each position changes the relative emphasis placed on the upper chest, anterior deltoids, and triceps, giving you more variety and stimulus from a single machine rather than locking you into one fixed movement pattern.
How does this machine ship, and do I need to assemble it?
The machine ships freight on a pallet in a factory crate with an assembly manual included. Standard delivery is driveway/curbside - the carrier uses a liftgate to lower it to your driveway and moving it inside is up to you. Inside delivery and full assembly by the delivery team is available as an upgrade at checkout.
What warranty is included, and can I extend it?
Every new machine includes 1 year of parts and labor coverage plus a lifetime frame warranty, with coverage starting on your delivery date. Extended warranty options - up to 3 years total parts and labor - are available to add at checkout before the order ships.
