BUILT Strength Infinite Series Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl (New)
Description
The BUILT Strength Infinite Series Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl is a commercial-grade, plate-loaded hamstring machine engineered for serious training environments. It trains each leg completely independently, eliminating the bilateral compensation that standard lying leg curls allow - ensuring your stronger leg can never carry the load for your weaker one. The kneeling position is a key differentiator: it stretches the hamstring from the hip before the curl even begins, maximizing the range of effective tension through every rep.
With a starting resistance of just 8 lb per arm, this machine is equally at home in rehabilitation settings and elite performance facilities. A max capacity of 100 lb per side handles serious progressive loading, while the compact 40" x 54" footprint makes it a smart addition to any commercial gym floor, studio, or private training space. Four integrated weight horns keep plates organized and within arm's reach - no wasted time hunting across the floor mid-session.
Key Features
- Iso-Lateral Unilateral Movement: Each leg curls independently, preventing the dominant hamstring from compensating for the weaker side and building true bilateral balance without changing machine setup.
- Kneeling Position for Extended Range: The kneeling stance lengthens the hamstring from the hip joint before the curl begins, placing the muscle under stretch at the start of each rep for greater effective tension than a standard lying curl.
- Pivoting Knee Cradle Pad: A pivoting cradle supports the non-working leg in a stable, comfortable position while the active leg moves freely - keeping the body braced and the working hamstring fully isolated throughout.
- Plate-Loaded, 8 lb - 100 lb Per Arm: Starting resistance of 8 lb per arm accommodates technique work and rehab loads; max capacity of 4 x 25 lb plates per arm reaches 100 lb per side for advanced strength development.
- 4 Integrated Weight Horns: On-machine plate storage keeps the floor clear and plates within reach - load and strip between sets without ever leaving the station.
- Primary Muscles Targeted: Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, and Semimembranosus - the full hamstring complex - with secondary activation of the Gastrocnemius and Glutes.
- Compact Commercial Footprint: At 40" x 54" (D x W), this machine fits efficiently on any training floor without sacrificing build quality or loading capacity.
- Heavy-Duty Commercial Construction: Built to BUILT Strength's Infinite Series standard, engineered for daily use in commercial and performance training environments.
- Warranty - 1 Year Parts & Labor + Lifetime Frame: Backed by 1 year parts and labor coverage with a lifetime frame warranty; extended coverage is available at checkout.

Why You'll Love It
The BUILT Strength Infinite Series is trusted by gym owners and performance coaches who demand equipment that pulls its weight every single day. This machine addresses one of the most common weaknesses in hamstring training - undetected bilateral imbalance - with a design that makes unilateral work simple, effective, and built into every rep. The kneeling mechanics and pivoting cradle aren't gimmicks; they're purposeful engineering decisions that produce measurably better hamstring recruitment than a conventional lying curl.
Whether you're outfitting a commercial facility, a private training studio, or a high-performance gym, this machine earns its floor space with a compact footprint and an accessible resistance range that serves athletes at every stage. The integrated plate storage keeps your floor clean and your sessions efficient. FAQ
How much clearance do I need around this machine?
Leave at least 3 feet behind the machine for full sled travel and safe mounting and dismounting. The machine itself measures 40" deep x 54" wide, so plan your floor layout accordingly with that buffer included.
Is professional assembly included with delivery?
Not by default. The machine ships crated with an assembly manual for standard Driveway Delivery. If you'd prefer to have the team bring it inside, assemble it, test it, and remove all packaging, choose the Inside Delivery & Assembly option in the shipping calculator or at checkout.
What makes a kneeling leg curl better than a lying leg curl?
The kneeling position places the hamstring under stretch from the hip joint before the curl even begins. This increases the range of effective tension through the entire movement compared to a lying curl, where the hip is in a more neutral position. The result is greater hamstring recruitment and more productive reps per set.
Can this machine be used for rehabilitation or lighter training?
Yes. The starting resistance of just 8 lb per arm makes it genuinely accessible for technique work, early-stage rehab, and lighter training loads. You can progress gradually all the way up to 100 lb per side as strength develops - making it a versatile tool for facilities that serve athletes at multiple levels.
How do I maintain the moving parts on this machine?
Clean the rails monthly and apply a light silicone lubricant to all moving components every few months. Regular maintenance keeps the movement smooth and extends the life of the machine.
Is financing available?
Yes - 0% APR financing is available through Shop Pay. You can check your purchasing power at checkout to see available plans and monthly payment options.
