FAQ
Do I need Olympic plates, and are they included?
This machine accepts standard 2" Olympic plates - the same plates used on barbells at most gyms. Plates are sold separately and not included with the machine. This gives you the flexibility to load it however you like and progress at your own pace.
How do I switch between incline chest press and shoulder press modes?
Switching between the two movements is done by adjusting the seat height. Setting the seat lower positions your body for an incline chest press path that targets the upper chest; raising the seat transitions the machine into a true seated overhead shoulder press. Adjustment uses tool-free pins for quick repositioning between exercises or users.
Can this machine be used for unilateral (single-arm) training?
Yes - the independent press arms load and move completely separately, making single-arm incline presses and single-arm shoulder presses fully supported. This is especially useful for identifying and correcting side-to-side strength imbalances or for rehabilitation-style training.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
