How much floor clearance do I need behind the machine?
Leave at least 3 feet of clearance behind the machine for full sled travel and safe mounting and dismounting. The machine footprint itself is 74" x 65", so plan your space accordingly before delivery.
Is assembly included with delivery?
Not by default. Standard delivery is Driveway Delivery, which brings the crated machine to your curb or driveway via liftgate freight. If you want the machine brought inside, assembled, tested, and packaging removed, select the Inside Delivery & Assembly option in the shipping calculator or at checkout - this must be added before the freight booking is confirmed.
Does this machine require Olympic weight plates, and are they included?
Yes, the Infinite Series 3D Glute uses an Olympic standard sleeve and requires Olympic weight plates for loading. Plates are not included with the machine and must be purchased separately. BUILT Strength Foundation Series Rubber Weight Plates are available as an add-on at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
