FAQ
Does this unit ship with hydraulic fluid and mounting bolts?
No - the AM 1/24 ships without hydraulic fluid or mounting bolts. The system runs on Dexron III ATF, which you'll need to source separately and fill to about one inch below the top of the reservoir with the jacks fully retracted. Bolt kits are available for purchase online. Be sure to run the unit with the vented breather cap fitted - not the flush shipping plug - or the jack may operate erratically.
How does the manual override work if I lose power?
If the system loses power, you can drive the pump manually using an electric drill through the override shaft located on the end of the motor, under a plastic cap or foil seal. The drill must reach at least 2000 RPM for the pump to develop enough pressure to move the jack. Most pumps use a 7/16 inch hex driver, while others use a 1/4 inch (6mm) Allen hex key - check the AM Single Leg manual for your specific unit. Use care to keep the drill away from wires and hoses during operation.
What type of trailer is this jack designed for?
The AM 1/24 is designed to bolt to the center tube of a gooseneck trailer. It is ideal for horse trailers and motorsports or cargo trailers where a heavy-duty, high-capacity single-leg hydraulic lift is needed. What battery specifications are required to run this system?
EQ Systems recommends load testing your battery before use - it should deliver a minimum of 150 amperes at a minimum of 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Keep terminals clean and tight, and maintain the battery per the manufacturer's requirements. If your trailer sits between trips, EQ Systems offers Stay Charge parts (8400 and 8427) that charge the trailer battery from the tow vehicle, as well as a solar kit (70486) to keep the jack battery topped up.
Is a wireless remote available for this jack?
Yes - an optional wireless remote is available as part 7823, compatible with single-function jacks like the AM 1/24. This is sold separately and can be a convenient upgrade if you prefer not to use the standard keyed rocker switch for every operation.
How often does this system require maintenance?
EQ Systems recommends inspecting the system every 12 months. During inspection, check that all connections are tight and free from corrosion - particularly the ground connection to the pump stud and the positive cable to the motor solenoid. Regular maintenance ensures reliable long-term performance and helps catch any issues before they become serious problems in the field.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
