How does the Bluetooth leveling feature work?
The EQ Smart-Level system includes Bluetooth connectivity that pairs with the EQ Systems app, available for both iPhone and Android. Once connected, you can monitor and control the leveling process directly from your smartphone - no need to stand at the control panel. Download the latest EQ Systems app, as the previous version is no longer supported.
What happens if there is a power failure during leveling?
The commercial-grade pump includes a manual override capability, so you can still operate the system and retract the jacks even if you experience a power failure. The system also displays a low voltage warning on the panel when battery voltage drops below 10.5 volts, giving you advance notice before a problem occurs.
What type of hydraulic fluid does the system use, and how much does it need?
The EQ Smart-Level system runs on Dexron or multipurpose automatic transmission fluid. For a full system, plan on 10 to 16 quarts. Fill the reservoir to 1 to 1.5 inches below the top with the jacks fully retracted, and keep in mind that the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract.
Can the front jacks be used independently to unhitch from my truck?
Yes - one of the key advantages of this system is that the two front jacks can operate independently of the automatic leveling system. This allows you to lift the trailer off the truck for easy hooking and unhooking, then use the one-touch automatic leveling feature once you're set up at your campsite.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.

Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
