Can I install this system myself, or do I need a professional?
Installation can be completed by most RV dealers or qualified service centers. EQ Systems also offers factory installation at their facility in Cassopolis, Michigan, if you prefer a factory-done setup. It is not typically a DIY install for the average owner, so professional installation is recommended.
What battery do I need to power the EQ Smart-Level system?
EQ Systems recommends a minimum Group 24 RV or marine deep cycle battery rated at least 100 minutes reserve capacity and 500 cold cranking amps - the higher those numbers the better. Flooded lead acid, gel, and AGM batteries are all compatible. Some lithium batteries may not deliver sufficient running amperage, so check with your battery manufacturer before using one.
What happens if there is a power failure while the jacks are deployed?
The commercial-grade pump included with the EQ Smart-Level system features a built-in manual override capability. In the event of a power failure, you can use the manual override to retract the jacks without electrical power, ensuring you are never stranded with deployed jacks.
How does the Bluetooth leveling feature work?
The EQ Smart-Level system includes Bluetooth connectivity that pairs with the EQ Systems app, available for both iPhone and Android. Once connected, you can monitor and control the leveling process directly from your phone - no need to stand at the control panel. Note that the previous version of the app is no longer supported; download the current EQ Systems app for full functionality.
What type of hydraulic fluid does this system use?
The EQ Smart-Level system runs on Dexron or multipurpose automatic transmission fluid. Fill the reservoir to 1 to 1-1/2 inches below the top with the jacks fully retracted. A full system typically requires 10 to 16 quarts. Keep in mind that the fluid level will rise as the jacks retract, so do not overfill.

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
