Powered by HOIST's exclusive ROX technology, it delivers a rocking motion that mimics natural trunk flexion, targeting both superficial and deep core muscles for exceptional abdominal activation. The machine begins in an upright posture with exercise handles positioned overhead, pre-stretching the abdominals before the movement begins - setting the stage for maximum muscle recruitment from the very first rep.

The pivoting seat pad supports multiple abdominal exercise variations, allowing users of all fitness levels to challenge the core from different angles.
