The machine's distinctive rocking motion starts with handles positioned at chest level, then arcs rearward to align with the chin, faithfully replicating the natural angular path of a free-weight bench press. This thoughtful design dramatically reduces stress on the anterior shoulder capsule, making it a smart choice for users who need shoulder-friendly pressing alternatives without sacrificing load or range of motion.

 Equipped with Select-A-Grip handles offering three distinct grip positions and a foot assist bar for easy setup and pre-stretch control, the RS-2301 accommodates every fitness level from rehabilitation athletes to advanced strength trainers. Unlike fixed-axis chest press machines, the ROX design adjusts dynamically to the user's movement, reducing shoulder strain and providing a more natural, effective press. The three-position Select-A-Grip handles also set it apart by allowing users to target different areas of the chest without changing machines.

</details>
<details>

Is the RS-2301 suitable for users with shoulder issues?

Yes - the RS-2301 was specifically designed to minimize stress on the anterior shoulder capsule, which is the area most commonly irritated during horizontal pressing movements.
