Powered by HOIST's innovative ROC-IT technology, the seat and pad assembly dynamically adjusts to the user's natural posture, tilting the torso forward at the start for a full stretch and rocking back through the motion for a smooth, comfortable finish. Independent diverging pull arms replicate natural pulling mechanics, reducing shoulder joint stress while delivering targeted back development. Whether you're outfitting a commercial gym, athletic facility, or high-performance training center, the RPL-5203 delivers the kind of biomechanically intelligent design that keeps athletes training harder and safer.

 Swiveling handles offer 360 degrees of grip customization, and a fixed center grip handle allows one-handed row variations. For the Mid Row, this means the seat rocks the torso forward at the beginning of the pull for a full muscle stretch, then guides you back through a natural rocking motion to a low, comfortable finish. This biomechanical alignment reduces joint stress, improves range of motion, and makes the exercise feel more natural compared to traditional fixed-seat machines.

</details>
<details>

What kind of weight plates does this machine use?

The RPL-5203 is designed for standard Olympic weight plates (2-inch center hole), which are the most widely available plates used in commercial and home gyms.
