Do I need the risers, and which height should I choose?

Risers are optional and let you adjust the seat height to match your pool shelf depth. Without risers, the seat sits at 1.75" and works in up to 5" of water. With 4" risers you get up to 9" depth, 8" risers up to 13", and 12" risers up to 17". Choose based on the depth of your pool's tanning ledge or wading shelf. If you want to be more submerged, go with no risers or 4" risers. For a drier, more traditional seat experience, the 8" or 12" risers are the way to go.

Is the SHAYZ In-Pool Lounger safe for vinyl liner pools?

If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.

If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
