ATN ThOR 6 Elite Thermal Rifle Scope 640x512 | 3-24x
Description
The ATN ThOR 6 Elite is a 6th Generation thermal rifle scope built for hunters and shooters who demand the sharpest image and most intelligent performance available in a thermal optic. Featuring a 640x512 resolution sensor with an ultra-sensitive <=15mK NETD and 12-micron pixel pitch, it captures the faintest heat signatures through darkness, fog, and dense brush with exceptional clarity. Powered by ATN's proprietary SharpIR AI image enhancement technology, the ThOR 6 processes every frame in real time to sharpen edges, boost target contrast, and help you identify heat signatures faster.
With a 3-24x magnification range, 8x digital zoom, and a suite of smart hunting tools including Hot Point Tracking, Zeroing Freeze, Picture-in-Picture mode, and Recoil Activated Video, this scope is engineered to give you the edge in any low-light or nocturnal hunting scenario. Built-in Wi-Fi, a 0.49-inch Full-HD OLED display, 64 GB of internal storage, and up to 9 hours of battery life round out a feature set that rivals anything on the thermal optics market today.
Key Features
- 640x512 Thermal Sensor: VOx Uncooled Focal Plane Array with 12-micron pixel pitch delivers sharp, high-resolution thermal imaging at up to 3,650 m detection range.
- Ultra-Sensitive <=15mK NETD: 6th Gen thermal sensitivity captures the faintest heat signatures through brush, fog, and total darkness.
- SharpIR AI Image Enhancement: ATN's proprietary AI algorithms sharpen edge definition and target contrast in real time for faster, more confident target identification.
- 3-24x Optical Magnification with 8x Digital Zoom: Wide zoom range for scanning open terrain or locking onto distant targets without leaving your position.

- Zeroing Freeze: Pauses the image at the moment of impact so you can dial in reticle adjustments accurately without rushing or wasting ammo.
- Picture-in-Picture (PIP) Mode: Zoom in for precision while keeping a wide-angle window active to maintain full situational awareness.
- Recoil Activated Video (RAV): Automatically records up to 10 seconds before and after each shot - hands-free, every time.
- 0.49-inch 1920x1080 OLED Display: Full-HD OLED screen delivers deep blacks, vibrant contrast, and reduced eye fatigue during extended sessions.
- 64 GB Internal Storage + Built-in Wi-Fi: Save photos and video directly to the scope and stream a live view to your phone via the ATN 6 Connect app.
- Dual 18650 Replaceable Batteries: Up to 9 hours of continuous runtime with swappable batteries - ideal for all-night hunts and extended field use.
- Six Color Palette Modes: Choose from White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Green Hot, and Sepia to match any environment or reduce eye fatigue.
- Reticle Transparency Control: Adjust reticle visibility to match terrain and lighting conditions without losing your point of aim.
- USB Type-C Port: Fast charging, data transfer, and accessory connectivity through a single rugged port.
- Weight Under 2.2 lbs: Redesigned lightweight housing with improved balance reduces fatigue during long stalks and extended glass time.

FAQ
What is the difference between the ATN ThOR 6 and the ThOR 6 LRF?
The ThOR 6 LRF adds a built-in Laser Rangefinder and enables the Ballistic Calculator feature with multiple profile storage. The standard ThOR 6 (this model) does not include the laser rangefinder or ballistic calculator functionality, but is otherwise identical in sensor performance, display, recording features, and smart tools like Hot Point Tracking, PIP, and Zeroing Freeze.
What does NETD <=15mK mean and why does it matter?
NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) measures how small a temperature difference the sensor can detect. A lower number means higher sensitivity - <=15mK is among the most sensitive thermal sensors available on the consumer market. This translates to sharper, more detailed images in challenging conditions like fog, dense brush, or when a target's body heat blends with its surroundings.
Can I record video directly through the scope?
Yes. The ThOR 6 has built-in video and audio recording with 64 GB of internal storage and an integrated microphone. Recoil Activated Video (RAV) will automatically capture up to 10 seconds before and after each shot without any button presses. You can review footage on the scope's internal gallery or transfer it via USB-C.
How does the ATN 6 Connect app work with the ThOR 6?
The ATN 6 Connect app pairs with the scope via built-in Wi-Fi - no internet connection required. Once connected, you can use your phone or tablet as a live viewfinder, review and manage saved media, adjust settings remotely, and access an AI assistant trained on the full product manual for instant guidance on zeroing, recording, and ballistic profiles.
What rail does the ThOR 6 mount to?
The ATN ThOR 6 is designed to mount on standard Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) and Weaver-style rails. No special adapters are required for most modern hunting and tactical rifles. The scope arrives ready to mount - no complex assembly needed.
How long do the batteries last and can I swap them in the field?
The ThOR 6 runs on two 18650 rechargeable batteries for approximately 9 hours of continuous use. The replaceable battery design allows you to swap in a fresh set mid-hunt without returning to a vehicle or base camp - making it ideal for all-night predator hunts or multi-day outings.
