Is a lift gate available for delivery?
No - a lift gate is NOT available for this item. The Stump 4 Ice ships via semi-truck freight, and you will need a forklift, loading dock, or other means to unload the shelter from the truck. Banks Outdoors will contact you after your purchase to coordinate delivery details.
Can I leave the Stump 4 Ice out overnight on the ice?
Absolutely. The Stump 4 Ice Phantom is built for both permanent and portable use. Its UV stabilized polyethylene construction will not freeze down, and it is designed to withstand extended exposure to the elements. Simply close the door when you're done for the day and return to a ready-to-fish shelter.
Does the shelter come with a leg system?
No - the leg system is NOT included with the Stump 4 Ice Phantom. It comes standard with skis for ice transport. If you need a leg system for use on land, that is sold separately.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery from our facility in Cannon Falls, MN. Additional time may be needed depending on your location. You will be notified by email and/or phone when your order ships.
Can I mount a heater or lights inside the shelter?
Yes. The Stump 4 Ice features rigid walls that allow you to securely mount rattle reels, lights, heaters, and other accessories. Unlike fabric shelters, the solid walls provide a stable surface for permanent or semi-permanent mounting.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
If your return request is accepted, it will be up to you as the buyer to return the item in its original packaging, unworn and unused. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We may be able to assist you in scheduling a pickup for return but the payment will still be your responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at service@omahasportsandgames.com.
All products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee based on the quality of the returned product and packaging.
Items opened, tested, used, or any other non-new condition may be eligible for return based on the manufacturer's return policy.
Shipping Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if you see damage. DO NOT sign for delivery if there is apparent damage to the product. If you sign for the delivery and later claim shipping damage, there is very little we can do to help.
If your order does not require signing at delivery and is instead just dropped off at doorstep with damage, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged boxes.
If your item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
