FAQ
What muscles does the N935 Rotary Torso target?
The N935 is designed primarily to work the abdominal oblique muscles. The rotational movement from a seated position, with the lower body rotating to isolate core and hip motion, makes it an effective machine for building rotational core strength and stability.
How is the weight adjusted on this machine?
The N935 uses a selectorized 176 lb (80 kg) cold-rolled steel weight stack. Resistance is adjusted with a weight pin. A micro-loading system allows fine-tuned increments of 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) and 6.6 lb (3 kg), making it easy to progress gradually.
Is the N935 suitable for rehabilitation use?
Yes. The range limiter keeps motion comfortable and controlled, while the gas-assisted seat adjustment accommodates users of varying sizes. The preload adjustment also allows easy on/off access, making it well-suited for rehabilitation and physical therapy environments.
