All steel components are fabricated using maximum-penetration, continuous MIG welding, ensuring superior strength at every connection point. The bolt-down version includes a 3/8" thick steel baseplate with four welded support gussets, allowing the unit to be securely anchored to concrete using a five-bolt anchoring system.
Fixed-Height Design with Adjustable Mounting Positions
While classified as a fixed-height basketball hoop, the Legend offers flexibility during installation. The extension arm can be bolted at any height along the post, allowing rim heights from 6 feet up to regulation 10 feet depending on your court’s needs.
Once installed, the system remains completely rigid — ideal for competitive environments where consistency, safety, and minimal movement are critical.
Extended 66" Player Safety Clearance
The 66-inch setback from the front of the post to the face of the backboard provides excellent player safety and court spacing. This extended run-out reduces the risk of collisions with the pole during fast breaks, rebounds, and aggressive play under the basket.

Heavy-Duty Extension Arm & Direct-Rim Mounting
The Legend’s 45-degree extension arm is constructed from 6" x 6" rectangular steel tubing with a 3/16" wall, delivering extreme rigidity under load. The backboard mounting plate spans the full height of the backboard and is reinforced by a secondary support arm to further reduce vibration and flex.
The direct-rim mount design transfers the force of dunks and rim hangs directly into the steel pole structure — not the backboard — minimizing stress, preventing damage, and extending the life of the system.
